Sheriff Richard K. Jones announced early this morning that a structure fire at 4150 Hamilton Eaton Rd in Wayne Township claimed the life of the resident. Fire crews were called to the residence at approximately 2335 Hrs. Deputies were the first to arrive and attempt to make entry into the residence but were unable to make entry due to the conditions. Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire to find the resident, Angela Tipton a 40-year-old female deceased inside the residence.
