(Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team) and St. Clair Emergency crews responded to the 700 block of Hogue Road in Saint Clair Township for a single vehicle fatal accident.

James Ballew, 58 year-old male was operating a 2001 Dodge vehicle and appears to have lost control in the curves striking a tree. Mr. Ballew was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is still under investigation by S.T.A.R.T. and the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
