Rollover Crash in Butler County

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that on February 18, 2011 at approximately 12:57 a.m. this morning Deputies responded with Hanover Township Fire and EMS to the 2700 block of Stahlheber Road, Hanover Township, Butler County reference a single vehicle injury crash with ejection. Devon Koedel, age 22, of Hanover Township, was traveling Westbound on Stahlheber Road just west of Morman Road when he failed to control his 1984 Chevrolet Caprice. He traveled off the right side of the roadway into a ditch line, struck a driveway, and rolled several times causing Mr. Koedel to be ejected from the vehicle. Mr. Koedel suffered a head injury, possible broken leg or pelvis, and possibly additional injuries. Air Care responded and Mr. Koedel was flown to UC Medical Center. The incident remains under investigation by the Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team.
