Suspect arrested in New Miami for Gross Sexual Imposition

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones announced today that Charles Monroe Hubbard was arrested for Gross Sexual Imposition on April 29, 2009 after assaulting a victim in New Miami. Deputies were dispatched to Morris Avenue in New Miami at approximately 6:20pm last night for a complaint of an assault. After interviews were completed it was determined that while helping the victim move, Charles Hubbard attempted to sexually assault her. Charles Hubbard is a Tier II Registered Sex Offender. This means that he must register and have address verification with the Sheriff’s Office every 180 days for 25 years. He was booked into the Butler County Jail.
