Search Warrants executed by Sheriff’s Office
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that a search warrant was executed in the City of Hamilton, on September 22nd, resulting in the arrest of an illegal alien and the confiscation of drugs. Undercover Agents from the Butler County Sheriff’s Undercover Regional Narcotics Taskforce executed a search warrant in the 200 block of 9th Street, at approximately 9pm. Ochoa Rodriguez was found to be in possession of ½ ounce of “ice” a rare and very refined type of Methamphetamine. The search warrant was the result of an intense investigation into Jose Juan Ochoa Rodriguez.
Jose Juan Ochoa Rodriguez, an admitted illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested and transported to the Butler County Correctional Complex. Ochoa Rodriguez was previously deported from the United States due to a Trafficking in Drugs conviction, in 2003. That conviction was a result of another undercover investigation by the Sheriff’s Office former Drug and Vice Investigations Unit.
Ochoa Rodriguez may be deported after he answers for his state charges.
