Victims from SR122 Fatal Crash Identified

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports the families of the victims involved in the fatal crash this morning on State Route 122 have been notified. Timothy R. Henry Sr. age 34 of Middletown, Ohio was traveling Eastbound on SR 122 in a 2002 Ford Escape when he went left of center in a curve and struck a Westbound 1997 Ford semi tractor trailer head on. The semi was driven by Patrick Capps age 47 of Eaton, Ohio. Mr. Henry was pronounced dead at the scene by the Butler County Coroner’s office. Mr. Capps was transported to the Atrium Hospital by Madison Life Squad for chest pains. The incident remains under investigation by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Investigation Unit.
