NEWS FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 15, 2006


Wanted subject from Illinois apprehended

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that an investigation into the location of a wanted subject from Illinois resulted in two arrests today.

Samuel DeLossantos 24 was wanted out of Illinois for Failure to Appear on Manufacturing/Delivering 15-100 grams of cocaine with a bond of $150,000.00. He was charged additionally with Obstructing Justice F-5 through Hamilton Municipal Court.

Claudia Domiguez was found with DeLossantos and she was also charged Obstructing Justice F-5 through Hamilton Municipal Court.

Pending the outcome of Samuel DeLossantos case he will be awaiting extradition to Illinois.

Both subjects were apprehended at 1015 Maple Avenue in the City of Hamilton after the Butler County Fugitive Unit received information from the Monmouth Police Department in Illinois that DeLossantos was possibly in Butler County.
