DRUG RAID IN OXFORD TOWNSHIP NETS TWO ARRESTS
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that the Sheriff’s Office Drug and Vice Investigations Unit conducted an undercover operation that led to the search of an Oxford Township residence. Undercover Agents’ executed a Search Warrant at 6477 Brookville Road located on the outskirts of Oxford on Tuesday evening October 24th around 9:00 PM revealing a marijuana grow room, approximately two pounds of marijuana packaged for distribution, a handgun as well as a lab used to manufacture methamphetamine. Arrested at the residence were Billy Conn III age 22 and Tiffany Hollins age 19. Conn who is no stranger to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Drug and Vice Unit, was arrested in 2003 for multiple drug related offenses to include the illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of methamphetamine. Both Conn and Hollins are scheduled to appear in Area I Court in Oxford as a result of Tuesday night’s raid and may be facing additional charges at the conclusion of the investigation. Both were booked into the Butler County Jail on the following charges:
Trafficking in Drugs (F-5)
Illegal Assembly of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs (F-3)
Illegal Manufacture of Methamphetamine (F-2)
