Illegal Alien Arrested For Forging Documents.
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones announces the results of an undercover investigation. During the investigation, undercover officers purchased 6 forged documents (2 Kentucky Identifications Cards, 2 Social Security Cards, and 2 Permanent Resident Cards) from Abel Gaston Gudino-Arenas, an admitted illegal alien from Mexico.
Undercover officers, in an attempt to see how far Arenas was willing to go, asked Arenas to created an ID for an individual from Pakistan named Khalid S. Mohammed (who was the terrorist mastermind of “9/11”). Arenas did not hesitate in making that ID. Arenas delivered the documents to an undercover officer, on Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at approximately 5:30 p.m., and was immediately arrested. Deputies found marked money inside Arenas vehicle and on his person.
A search warrant was conducted by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and Middletown Police Department at Arenas’ residence, located at 925 4th street, in the city of Middletown. Inside Arenas’ residence, deputies located 2 laptop computers, three printers, over 330 blank identification cards (some where prepped to be made into identification cards from Kentucky, California, Texas, Ohio, Washington, Arizona, Tennessee, Guatemala, and Permanent Residence Cards), and social security cards. Deputies also located identification cards that Arenas had been practicing on. Arenas admitted to producing identification cards for over 3 months.
Arenas is currently being held in the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Complex. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been contacted on the investigation. Arenas faces possible deportation,.

Seized: Over 330 blank identification cards, a 1993 Nissan Altima, $540.00, 3 cellphones (all operable), 2 laptop computers, 2 printers, a scanner, a laminating machine, and paper used for manufacturing social security cards
