Fatal ATV Crash in Madison Township, Butler County

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports today at approximately 1830 hours Deputies along with Madison Fire and Squad responded to the area of Trenton Franklin and Howe Roads in Madison Township reference to an ATV accident. Preliminary reports show that the off road vehicle was operated by a Sharon Busch, age 51, in a wooded area near the Great Miami River, the operator while attempting to climb a hillside when the vehicle flipped over onto the operator and a passenger. Medical personnel arrived on the scene and pronounced the operator of the off road vehicle Sharon Busch dead at the scene. The juvenile passenger was transported to the Middletown Regional Hospital. Middletown and Trenton Fire Squads assisted with the crash. The incident still under investigation by the Butler OCunty Sheriff’s Traffic Unit and Butler County Coroner’s Office.
