Search Warrants executed by Sheriff’s Office
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that two search warrants executed in the City of Hamilton, yesterday, resulted in the arrest of two adults, and the confiscation of drugs, cash, guns, and stolen property. Undercover Agents from the Sheriff’s Drug and Vice Investigations Unit executed search warrants at 218 Warwick Ave and 220 Warwick Ave, in the early morning hours of April 14th. The search warrants were the results of an intense investigation into the two residences.
Arrested were George Bowling, age 35, and Bryan Benge, age 43, of 220 Warwick and 218 Warwick, respectively. Bowling was charged with 3 counts of Trafficking in Drugs (felonies 2, 3, & 4), 3 counts of Possession of Drugs (felonies 2, 3, & 4), Having Weapons Under Disability (felony 3), and Receiving Stolen Property (felony 4) through Hamilton Municipal Court. Benge was charged with Trafficking in Drugs (felony 4) and 2 counts of Possession of Drugs (felony 5), through Hamilton Municipal Court. Both were taken to the Butler County Jail. The incident remains under investigation and additional charges may follow.
