For Immediate Release… February 11, 2009

Sheriff asks residents to be cautious

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones would like residents to take precaution due to the impending windstorm. The area is expected to be hit by high winds up to 60mph later today. Due to the saturated grounds from the snowstorm last week and rain this week, it is likely that we will have overturned trees and possible power outages. Please take into account the conditions and devastation from the last windstorm and take any precautions you can to ensure your safety.
