“Sheriff’ s Office makes amendment in Salvia-D arrest”

Correction

After conferring with the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office it has been agreed that the date of enforcement of House Bill 215 regarding the drug “Salvia-D” would start on April 7, 2009 and not April 6th as previously believed.

McDowell’s charge of Possession of salvia divinorum is in the process of being withdrawn through Area Two Court, however, McDowell is still being charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
