Butler County Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrest of 2 of the top ten Most Wanted Suspects in Butler County

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones announces that Justin N. Ervin D.O.B. 01-25-89 of Lennox Ave. in Hamilton, Ohio was arrested in the City of Richmond, Indiana for outstanding Capias warrants. Mr. Ervin was recently placed on the Butler County Sheriff’s Office 10 most wanted list for his warrants resulting from Arson and Felonious Assault charges. Mr. Wilson’s location was discovered after someone telephoned in a tip on a possible location of Mr. Ervin.

Earlier this morning, the Warrants Division acting on another tip from the Most Wanted Poster, were able apprehend Candy Stephens D.O.B. 05-17-61 of Hamilton Mason Rd in Hamilton. Ms. Stephens was wanted for a Trafficking In Drugs charge.

Both subjects are currently being held in the Butler County Jail on No Bond pending a court appearance. Sheriff Jones stresses the importance of the “Most Wanted Posters”, making the public aware of wanted persons, so that their information can assist law enforcement in their apprehension.
