Three Arrested For Aggravated Robbery In Liberty Township

Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports two employees of Burger King in Liberty Township were held at gunpoint and ordered to hand over money.  This morning around 2:00 AM, the employees were walking out to their vehicle in the parking lot when two men approached them and displayed a handgun.  Sonya Jaggers 20 year old female and Gregory Donisi 25 year old male from Cincinnati were going out to warm up their cars when they were approached by the suspects.  Mr. Donisi gave up his wallet and the two armed men fled across the parking lot.  Witnesses stated they observed the suspects get into a vehicle and were able to pass the description to deputies.  West Chester Township and Mason Police Departments located a vehicle fitting the description on US 42 in Mason at Thorton’s gas station.  Three subjects, one being a juvenile, were identified by the victims and they were taken into custody.

Jalen Mathis, 19 year old male from Michigan, James Bankston II, 20 year old male of Liberty Township and the juvenile suspect were charged with aggravated robbery, a felony of the 1st degree.
