Jones reports Sheriff’s Deputies were called to 1739 Stahlheber Road in Hanover Township around 7:20 this morning, where Rachel Miller, age 26, reported she was in bed with her three (3) children and was awakened by a noise in her home. A search for the suspect was conducted at his residence, but he was not located. A short time later, Deputies responded to Wilson Middle School, in Hamilton, where the 13-year-old suspect was located and taken into custody. He was initially taken to the Sheriff’s Office and interviewed before being transported to the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center, around 10:30. He has been charged with Burglary in connection with this incident.
