Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports, a member of the Butler County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Services (ERS) has deployed to Eastern Kentucky with the Northern Kentucky All-Hazards Incident Management Team (NKY AHIMT) to assist with the devastating flooding. The deployment came after the Division of Emergency Management / State EOC-HQ requested the team’s assistance. Team members consist of personnel from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and Campbell, Kenton, Boone and Pendleton Counties. Currently 32 members are deployed. Sheriff Jones states, “Eastern Kentucky has been hit hard. We will help our neighbors, whatever it takes.”
