Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force ( B.U.R.N.) Conducts Search Warrants

Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force (B.U.R.N.) Conducts Search Warrants. Narcotics/Money/Guns Confiscated. Felony Arrest Made. 

Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports on Thursday March 13, 2025 at 0930 hours the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force (B.U.R.N.) conducted an investigation resulting in enough probable cause to execute two (2) search warrants. 

With assistance from the Trenton Police Department, the first search warrant conducted, was located at a residence the arrestee was associated with, 3 Jupiter Ct. in the city of Trenton. Money seized from this residence was twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in cash. Two (2) handguns and a copious number of pills were also confiscated. 

With assistance from the Hamilton Police Department, the second search warrant conducted, was located at the arrestee’s residence at 1028 S. 2nd St. in the city of Hamilton. Confiscated from this residence was one hundred and eight (108) grams of fentanyl and two hundred and thirty (230) grams of cocaine. 

Arrested and charged was forty-four-year-old (44) Rikki Sneed from Hamilton, Ohio. Sneed was charged with two (2) counts of Felony One Possession of Drugs. 

“There were enough drugs taken off the street to kill over half a million people. One in jail and thousands of lives saved,” states Sheriff Jones.
